Been coming here often over the years. Like many places, they closed during the pandemic but recently reopened. New owners but same staff so food, especially their diningding, is a highlight.

Parking is plentiful. We ordered the tuna sandwich which was actually good. Downside is that there were so many flies. Too many in the toilet and many spilling over to the dining area.

We're been visiting this little resto/eatery for years and we're happy they're still open. Previously S.O.U.L. Cafe, Soul of Iloko still has the same charm (and most importantly staff and menu). Personally love their chicharon bulaklak and beef papaitan!

The staff here was really nice. The location and looks of the restaurant is very home-y and nature-y. I ordered tapsilog. It tastes like an average tapsilog, normal amount of flavor although it’s not that tender. I hope it can still be improved.

S.O.U.L. Cafe (Spice of Urban Life) is a long-standing restaurant and rest stop located in Rosario, La Union, known for its "quaint and cozy" artsy ambiance. Situated along MacArthur Highway, it is a popular destination for travelers heading to or from Baguio who want a more substantial meal than typical gas station fare.

Check this place when in Rosario. They offer breakfast meals only until 1030am. Lutong bahay is available. Easy access when in Rosario, La Union. Parking spaces available and close to a 711 convenient store. Not as colorful as before. The place needs its old glamour and authentic looks back. Service is ok with friendly staffs. Some local delicacies available. Some coffee also served.

We ordered three dishes — Dinakdakan, Dinengdeng, and fried boneless bangus. I made it a personal quest to find a place to eat dinakdakan that would satisfy my cravings, and I can say that I finally found it here! It was my first time to try Dinengdeng and I was not disappointed, the veggies tasted fresh and the soup was light. I tasted a hint of shrimp paste in the soup. The fried boneless bangus was so good! The ambience of the place was also nice, they were just a lot of flies. :/
